Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are considered for professional services.
Service fees
Fees are agreed before work begins and are based on the scope discussed with you. Government fees, statutory charges and third-party costs are separate and are generally non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an engagement before the work is substantially performed. Please send the request in writing so that we can confirm the current status of the work.
Refunds
Where work has not commenced, professional fees paid may be refunded. Where work has been partly or fully performed, refunds are considered proportionately based on the stage of completion.
